4.5-meter rear-mounted mold cement slipform paver in the field of rural road construction

 

Application conditions:

The SMC - 6500 slipform paver is an independently developed concrete construction equipment by our company, mainly used in high - standard pavement projects. It boasts a large power reserve, full electronic control, full hydraulic drive, and four - track travel. Equipped with an automatic steering and automatic leveling system, it can complete the whole process of cement concrete feeding, distribution, vibration, compaction, paving, and smoothing in one go. This significantly improves the construction quality and speed compared with traditional paving processes. The newly designed rear - mounted mold can well solve the problem of insufficient road base clearance and realize negative clearance construction. It is mostly used for paving county and rural roads without road shoulders.

 

 

Functional features:

1. Shangchai 6-cylinder engine, electric preheating, high power, suitable for construction in high-altitude areas; High pressure common rail control, compliant with National III emission standards (optional for National IV).

 

2. The advanced industrial CAN bus communication system is used between the control panel and the main control box, which simplifies and ensures reliability of the system.

 

3. Adopting a user-friendly widescreen LCD display to show the working status of the entire machine, with intuitive and clear fault indications.

 

4. Full track steering system and full track positioning function, realizing multiple steering modes. Under various working conditions, the machine can quickly position itself, which is simple and efficient.
